Check Out Our Current Programs!
The Faith, Fitness, and Fellowship Program is a beginner-friendly, church-centered tennis experience designed to bring people together through movement, mentorship, and ministry. Powered by the USTA’s Red Ball Tennis format and rooted in T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.’s mission to develop youth mentally, physically, and spiritually, this league offers churches a dynamic way to serve both their congregations and their communities.
Through tennis sessions, intentional fellowship, and intergenerational engagement, the league creates space for connection, growth, and purpose. Adults strengthen relationships and wellness through team-based play, while youth gain life skills, confidence, and mentorship through age-appropriate instruction and our Success Coaching Academy.
More than just a program, it’s a fundraising initiative with eternal impact, directly supporting T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.’s youth tennis programs, coaching and counseling services, and faith-based development opportunities for the youth that need it most.
By stepping onto the court, participants aren’t just playing, they’re investing in the next generation.
Red Ball Tennis is a modified form of traditional tennis that is beginner and indoor friendly, designed to make learning easy, active, and fun from the very first swing.
Red Ball Tennis drops the pressure and dials up the fun of the classic racket sport we all love. Whether you’re new to the game, returning after a long break, or just looking for a great way to stay active, Red Ball makes it simple to jump in and play. No formal courts, strict rules, or advanced skills required.
The game is tailored to be accessible to all ages and fitness levels, using adaptive equipment and smaller spaces to encourage faster learning, more movement, and non-stop engagement.
🎯 What Makes It Different?
Red Ball Tennis uses:
✅ Lighter racquets for easier handling
✅ Foam or red felt balls that bounce lower and move slower for better control
✅ Smaller courts that can be set up in gyms, fellowship halls, or community rooms
✅ Simplified scoring and play formats that keep the focus on fun and connection
🏠 Perfect for Any Space
Red Ball Tennis can be played indoors or outdoors, making it an ideal fit for church gyms, school multipurpose rooms, and community centers. It’s a fantastic activity for small groups, families, or youth programs looking for something new, engaging, and movement-based!
❤️ Why We Use It

Create safe, structured environments where everyone feels they belong
Whether it’s a youth picking up a racquet for the first time or an adult rediscovering the game, Red Ball Tennis opens the door to play, and makes everyone feel like they’re part of something special.

🎾 Adults (18+) enjoy fun, beginner-friendly instruction focused on fitness, teamwork, and fellowship to prepare for league match play.

As your church begins forming fall and winter small groups, consider something fresh, active, and meaningful: the Faith, Fitness & Fellowship League.
This beginner-friendly tennis league is a fun and low-pressure way for adults to connect through movement, fellowship, and shared purpose. No tennis experience is required — just a desire to grow in community and enjoy time together. Each weekly session includes light instruction, casual team play, and space for prayer and connection.
It’s the perfect small group option for anyone looking to stay active, build relationships, and serve a greater cause. All proceeds help fund T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.’s youth tennis and mentoring programs, supporting kids in our community with coaching, character development, and life skills.
Each church team will need one adult to serve as Team Captain: someone to help communicate with group members, coordinate registration, and represent your church during the league.
Gather a few friends, lace up your sneakers, and form a group that builds faith, fitness, and fellowship — all while giving back.
By hosting our programs, your organization is helping us continue our mission to provide tennis programs to teens who face socioeconomic barriers. Our programs empower youth with access to coaching, mentorship, and life-skills development through the sport of tennis.

To ensure the safety and well-being of all participants, all T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis volunteers and staff are USTA Safe Play trained and background screened, creating a secure and welcoming environment for everyone we serve.
To ensure the safety and protection of all our program partners, participants, and facilities, T.R.I.N.I.T.Y. Tennis is fully insured under the United States Tennis Association’s (USTA) Master Liability and Accident Insurance Plan.
This comprehensive coverage includes $1 million in general liability per occurrence, $2 million in umbrella coverage, and additional protections such as abuse and molestation liability, participant injury, and damage to rented premises. Medical accident coverage is also included, providing up to $25,000 per claim. This means any church or community partner who hosts our programs is fully covered under our insurance, offering peace of mind and reducing any liability concerns.
