We believe in the power of play, purpose, and people. Our mission is to empower youth, families, and adults through fitness-focused tennis programming that encourages physical health, confidence, and community, while making tennis accessible to all.
We’re not your traditional tennis program. Our focus is on Cardio Tennis, a fast-paced, music-driven experience that blends movement, fun, and simple tennis drills in a way that’s accessible for every age and skill level. Whether you're 5 or 55+, brand new to tennis or just looking for a unique workout, our sessions are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving.
Program Lineup
Ages 5–10 | Saturdays | 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM
💰 $20 per participant, per session
Let your little ones burn off energy, build coordination, and have a blast with age-appropriate movement games through USTA’s Tennis 101 initiative. As part of our Sparks program for ages 5–10, these fun, upbeat sessions introduce kids to fitness and foundational tennis skills using Red Balls and short courts, all in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment. No prior tennis experience is needed!
Ages 11–17 | Mondays | 6:00 PM – 6:45 PM
💰 $35 per participant, per session
Perfect for teens who want to get active in a fun, encouraging setting. These sessions blend cardio drills, agility games, and simple rally activities to help participants build endurance, coordination, and confidence—all to a lively soundtrack and team-based fun.
Families | Friday, June 27th | 7:00 PM – 7:45 PM
💰 $75 per family (up to 4), per session
Looking for a unique and active way to bond as a family? Tribes brings all ages together for laughter, teamwork, and cardio-fueled tennis play. This special night encourage families to move, connect, and grow together, on and off the court.
The Faith, Fitness, and Fellowship League is a beginner-friendly, church-centered tennis experience designed to bring people together through movement, mentorship, and ministry. Powered by the USTA’s Red Ball Tennis format and rooted in T.R.I.N.I.T.Y.’s mission to develop youth mentally, physically, and spiritually, this league offers churches a dynamic way to serve both their congregations and their communities.
All participants must register and pay for each session in advance online through the USTA portal, or in person upon arrival. Space is limited for each session to ensure a quality experience for all participants.
